awards ceremony for those who passed their LPC exams in 2021.

1. 'You do you'

Always be yourself.

2. Keep it honest and real

Many temptations will cross your path. Stand strong.

3. Keep your eye on the long game

Shortcuts may come back to hurt you in the long run.

4. Maintain your integrity at all costs

“Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters.” - Einstein

5. Man up to your mistakes

Admit your mistakes and be prepared to take responsibility for the consequences. Work hard at
rectifying your errors.

6. Constantly test yourself

Do you still have a passion for the work you're doing? If not, there are many careers that rely on the
education and skills you have already acquired.

7. Upskilling is key

There will always be a spot at the top if you focus on improving yourself, whether through webinars
or on-the-job training.

8. Never blame your circumstances

Work at improving the things that are in your control.

9. The glass is half full

Be optimistic and do your best.

10. Believe in the future of our beautiful country

South Africa is unmatched in its beauty and the potential of its people – united in our diversity.
