Payment Options (150-hour programme)

School fees upon approval of your application

R14,000

Three instalments:

• Deposit: R7,000 to complete your registration and secure your place in an intake
• First instalment: R3,500 (due before the end of the first month of your intake)
• Second instalment: R3,500 (due before the end of the second month of your intake)

OR

R13,300 once-off (save R700) to complete your registration and secure your place in an intake

Cancellation and refund policy

1. In the case of cancellation by you:
   
   

   a. up to seven calendar days before the start of the programme, a cancellation fee of R1,000 will be deducted from your deposit or full registration fee (depending on the payment option you selected); or

   b. within seven calendar days before the start of the programme, or within two months after the start of the programme, you will forfeit the deposit amount R7,000; or

   c. two months or more after the start of the programme, the full registration fee will be forfeited.

   
   
2. In the case of cancellation by us:
   

   The GLR PVT School reserves the right to cancel a programme if insufficient entries are received, or for any other reason whatsoever. In which case, your deposit or full registration fee (depending on the payment option you selected) will be refunded.

Declaration of applicant

1. I understand this is an application for the selection process for registration as a student at the Gawie le Roux PVT School for the 400/150 notional hour programme.
2. I hereby give my consent that my degree and accompanying documents may be verified by the GLR PVT School.
3. I understand that the administration fee of R300 is non-refundable.
4. I understand that, upon acceptance to the programme, I must pay the registration fees into the designated bank account.
5. I understand that having been accepted as a student to the GLR PVT School, the following will apply:
   
   
   1. I must have access to a computer, a stable internet connection and sufficient data to complete the programme.
   2. I must master the work covered in the lectures, either by attending online, in real time or by watching the recordings (when available).
   3. I understand that I can either attend the lectures or watch the recordings.
   4. I understand that the recordings will only be available for the duration of the programme and may not be downloaded.
   5. I understand that there are two trial advocacy subjects for which real-time attendance (either online or in person) is mandatory. No recordings will be available for these subjects.
   6. I understand assessments will be used to evaluate my learning.
   7. I agree that I will submit my own work.
6. I accept that a certificate of competence will be awarded only if I have met the requirements of the programme.
7. If I fail to pass any subject, I may apply for attendance of the missed or failed subject in the next intake, subject to payment of an additional registration fee for such subject.
8. I accept the School’s cancellation and refund policy.
9. I will promptly execute all lawful instructions from the School principal.
10. I accept the School’s right to terminate my participation if I do not pay the programme fee as required.
11. Should I discontinue my attendance before the end of the programme, I will be held liable for the full tuition fee according to the cancellation policy.
12. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the reasonable discretion of the School.
