Teuni Erasmus is a Conveyancer and Notary with 15 years’ post-admission experience in all aspects of Conveyancing and Property Law. She completed her articles at Couzyn Hertzog and Horak Attorneys in 2003 and is currently employed as Senior Conveyancer at Macintosh Cross & Farquharson Attorneys, one of the oldest law firms in Pretoria.
Although she enjoys all aspects of conveyancing, she specialises in sectional title developments and township establishments. Through her years of involvement with various sectional scheme registrations and township establishments, she has accumulated a vast amount of theoretical, but more importantly, practical experience of the completion of developments of all types, shapes and sizes and she is eager to share her experience with others.
In her free time, she enjoys painting and drawing and teaching art classes. She believes that this creative side to her personality enables her to think out of the box when she needs to and has helped her tremendously over the years to deal with the complex problems encountered with developments.
